At Eagle Eye Exotics, we are committed to delivering high-quality THCa products and exceptional service. Due to the consumable nature of our products and legal restrictions, we have strict refund guidelines to protect our customers and maintain compliance.

 

All Sales Are Final

  • Once an order has shipped, we do not offer refunds for reasons of change-of-mind or preference.

  • This policy ensures that all products remain safe, uncompromised, and compliant with state and federal regulations.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or store credit for the affected item(s).

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Eagle Eye Exotics is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered but reported lost or stolen.

  • For packages lost during transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

 

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.

  • Once a tracking number has been generated, cancellations are not possible.

 

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Legal Compliance

  • We cannot refund orders that are seized, refused, or delayed due to state or local laws regarding THCa.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that THCa is legal in their jurisdiction before ordering.
