At Eagle Eye Exotics, we pride ourselves on delivering premium THCa products quickly, discreetly, and in compliance with all applicable laws. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed before [6PM EST] are typically processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the next business day.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume sales or promotional events.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer USPS First Class, USPS Priority, UPS Ground
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen service.
All orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging with no product descriptions visible.

Estimated Delivery Times

USPS First Class Mail: 3–7 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days
UPS Ground: 3–5 business days

Shipping Restrictions

We only ship within the United States.
Due to varying state laws, we cannot ship THCa products to the following states: Idaho, Hawaii, Alaska.
Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with their local laws before ordering.
Eagle Eye Exotics is not responsible for orders seized or refused due to local regulations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
Eagle Eye Exotics is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
For lost shipments in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Weather Disclaimer

Extreme heat or cold may impact product quality during transit. We recommend selecting expedited shipping during extreme weather conditions.
